Ne-waza Randori Rules


I. GENERAL RULES OF THE COMPETITION :

All contests will begin on the ground, with contestants in a kneeling position in a delimited area.
At the end of the fight time if adversary submit the other the winner will be the one who got more points according to the rules attribution points (paragraph IV A).

If the score is equal for each fighter at the end of the fight time with any definitive conclusion, the victory will be given to the fighter who got more advantages as they are clearly defined in the rules attribution points (IV B).

A fighter can be disqualified in different cases:

1. Use against his adversary a forbidden technique and cause injuries (the adversary have to stop the competition).
2. Get the fourth reprimand (hansoku) from the referee for infraction of the fight rules or non-respect for the adversary or the referee.
3. If the fighter didnt come in the fight area in 3 minutes for his match, he will be disqualified.

* There is no money back for disqualification.


II. TECHNIQUES AND MOVEMENTS PROHIBITED:

 Bite;
 Eyes attack;
 Tear ones hair;
 Brake fingers;
 Locks on spine;
 Voluntary kicked or punch;
 Try to get out from the fight area;
 Passivity or being in standing position more than for 3 sec;
Non-combativeness.

III. COMPETITION CLOTHES :

A. Obligatory: White or blue Jiu Jitsu or Judo Kimono, belt.

 Big sleeves: 4 fingers from wrist to the sleeve.

 Big pants bottom: 4 fingers from hook to the pant bottom.

B. Prohibited: all clothes as wrestling shoes, jewellery, watches

C.Permitted

 Wrist guard in textile or adhesive;
 Wrestling protective helmet;
 Kneepad;
 Gum shield.


IV THE RULES ATTRIBUTION POINTS.

Lock or chock in the case of submission - IPPON
Throw: YUKO or KOKA
Control position (immobilisation) at least 3 seconds: KOKA
Mount, back mount and control above ones head (rear) positions (3 seconds): YUKO

Negative points
Break the rules: SHIDO, CHUI, KEI-KOKU, HANSOKU

Note:

Fighters will get one referee, one timekeeper, and one person on charge to note points.
The referee is the only one who can
give points.
If its equality between the adversaries at the end of the fight time, the referee is the one who chooses the winner.


B. Techniques and movements permitting to win advantages:

All techniques mentioned before, unsuccessfully done or kept less than 3 seconds.
All good movements without renunciation
of his adversary.
Big combativeness.

Note :
Advantages cant be changed on points.

V WEIGHT CATEGORIES:

a. Inscription
Fighters will be weighted after control of the medical certificate (where is written able to practise fighting sports which will be less than 3 months and presentation of an identity justification. Each fighter will have to give entry fee.

b. Weight Divisions
Children 10-13 y.o.: -30, -35, -40, -45, -50, -55, -60, -66, +66 kg.
Juniors 14-17 y.o.: -50, -55, -60, -66; -73, +73 kg.
Adults: -73; -81; +81 kg.

-SONO MAMA (don't move)
- YOSHI (continue)

VII CONDITIONS FOR INSCRIPTION:

This competition is opened to all fighters from all Martial Arts style which respects the rules of this championship, including: Ju-Jutsu, Judo, Sambo, Wrestling
